What goes into making a bag of flour?
In a facility crushing 180 tons of soybeans an hour, it’s important to know how much flour is needed to fill which orders, where those orders are going, and how to keep operations running. Processing this amount of soybeans takes a lot of machinery that can break down if not constantly monitored. A Flour Production Manager makes sure every ounce of flour goes to its intended destination without significant shutdowns or equipment breakages.
